    Great forks

Posted by Chuck on Feb 26th 2023

Purchased forks for Rad bikes, Rover5 and Runner! Some adjustments needed for brake spacing and fenders but it all came together with little or no swearing. Just want to say the forks are worth the money and time to install. Both bikes handle so much better than stock. Like different bikes in handling and comfort. Thanks area13 great customer service.

Works for Casual riding. Don't put a Front motor on it!

Posted by EBikeBuilder on Feb 26th 2023

I used these forks for several years, thousands of miles, they worked great under normal casual riding conditions, I was actually quite hard on them and never had any issues. THEN i tried putting a Bafang G60 front hub motor on them, and it totally broke the dropout even with a torque arm. Don't use a front motor on these! I would not do any hard riding or jumps either. For general casual use they are great. My own fault they broke.
