Warranty Coverage
Area 13 Ebikes (Warrantor) warrants to the original purchaser for a period of 12 months, that the body and structure of the unit will be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship attributable to the Warrantor. The Warranty covers replacement parts, but not labor for repairs or installation.
Exclusions
Exclusions from this warranty: Warrantor expressly disclaims any responsibility for damage due to normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to chains, tubes, tires, etc. Warrantor makes no warranty with regard to accessories, aftermarket parts, or add on parts that are not original equipment. These items may be warranted by their respective manufacturer and supplier. Warrantor requires a factory authorized assembly station for full coverage of the product.
Warrantor’s Obligation
Warrantor will remedy substantial defects in materials and workmanship caused by Warrantor. Warrantor shall elect to remedy from among the following: Repair or Replacement
Events discharging Warrantor from obligation: misuse or neglect, including failure to provide reasonable maintenance, unauthorized alteration, changes to programming or settings, accident, or act of God, shall discharge Warrantor from any obligation under this warranty.
