Spoke was fixed. Next day the tire was flat. Valve stem was not properly tightened. I tightened the valve, aired it up and it stayed inflated. Quality checks are important.

New to the e bike world and had an issue with my son’s suzzon. The staff was amazing and didn’t make me feel lame as I was trying to diagnose the problem. The staff fixed the problem and gave me some advice and knowledge to doing some pre-ride preventative care. Thanks and you are the go to E-bike shop!
