Pre-order service excellent post order service excellent. I just wish the bicycle came with instructions for assembly. Being a new electric bike owner, I did not have any experience regarding assembly. Assembling an E bike is a little different than a regular bicycle. The service technician walked me through. The complete assembly was extremely helpful and professional. Great experience we are loving the bike down in Mexico!

I found my Wart Hog MD750 from Area13 Ebikes, to be a bit of a rough rider on the cow/wild horse trails that I explore on/in Western NV. So I added a Cloud9 saddle and it provided over a 50% increase in the comfort riding level. I then also added a Suntour NCX suspension seat post to the WH and now I am 110 % happy and have the best of both worlds, an outstanding all terrain cycle to explore with and a soft ride while doing so. I can ride and enjoy spending several hours per week riding the rough trails and back roads here in NV. Sincerely, Don (Nvreloader)
