Sabre

I had finally whittled down all the various e-bikes down to three one of which was Area13’s Sabre. It just so happens that Kyle held an auction back in February/March 2023 and I had the opportunity to get a Demo Sabre for a discounted price. I’m not a stranger to e-bikes as I already had converted a Trek 520 into an ebike. The reason I wanted the Sabre was that it 1. Was a Step thru making it easier for me to mount/dismount 2. It is a 1000W bafang bbshd motor 3. Fat tires and suspension fork for riding comfort My intentions are to ride this bike (after adding a LOT of bling items to it) from Missouri to the Oregon Coast along the TransAmerica Route I couldn’t be more pleased. It is an awesome bicycle. I could ride it all day which I do! I found a way to attach a 2nd battery to the rear rack and so IF I ride conservatively I can get 40 miles per battery which is MORE than enough; I’m planning to ride only 50 per day I renamed it from Sabre to Monarch and changed the Knobbies tires to smooth road tires It’s awesome and receive constant compliments If you want photos, contact me via the above email. Thanks Kyle for listening and building a Step thru bike with so many features. A 21AH battery and mid drive is icing on the cake. Can’t wait!

You have so many good looking ebikes I really can't decide witch one would be the best for me. But I'm sure I would love this one. My current ebike is a 1000w ecotric Seagull and it's been doing the job but is hard for my 67 year old 230# body to get my leg over, I think that this would be the ticket! Please put my name in the drawing for the blue one.

Ordered the Foxbat this morning for me. I added the adjustable stem and the upgraded battery to my order. Then the Sabre comes out this afternoon with those upgrades. Perfect for my wife. Plus she loves the red. Can’t wait till we get them so we can ride on the beach. Thanks Kyle, your timing is perfect!

I’m still waiting for my turn to preorder the new Blackbird, but this bike looks the the perfect choice for my wife. She fell in love with the blue one, would make a great winning gift for my retirement the first of sept. Thanks Kyle

I placed my order for the new Sabre in red right after reading the specs. It was almost exactly what I've been looking for. I'd like blue also if I can win it! :) This bike looks awesome.

I recently pre-ordered the Crusader and 2020 Blackbird (24" tires). I anxiously await the Crusader this month which is primarily for my wife. The Blackbird is for me. Since I'm 5'11" and 230lbs the Sabre step-thru with 26" wheels will make a great addition.
