    New to the e bike world and had an issue with my son’s suzzon. The staff was amazing and didn’t make me feel lame as I was trying to diagnose the problem. The staff fixed the problem and gave me some advice and knowledge to doing some pre-ride preventative care. Thanks and you are the go to E-bike shop!

    I've only had one chance to ride the bike since I picked it up and it appeared to work fine. I was going to ride it several times then send Jory an email and I will do this as well. One thing was apparent it had for the first time full power available to me. Doug
