Program description: When you opt in, Area 13 eBikes sends text messages to answer your questions and keep you updated about your business with us, including repair and service status, quotes and pickup notices, order and shipping updates, appointment and rental or test ride coordination, and replies to your customer support requests. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you opt in: You agree to receive texts from us when you (a) text our shop number first, (b) check the SMS consent box on our website contact form, or (c) give us your mobile number and agree to text updates when you drop off a bike for service or place an order in store. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity with us (for example, a few messages per repair or order).
Message and data rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out: You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then you will no longer receive texts from us unless you opt in again. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at 530-615-0565 or info@area13ebikes.com. Shop hours: Tuesday–Saturday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday by appointment, closed Sunday.
Carrier liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to use the mobile number you provide.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share information only with service providers that help us deliver our messages (such as our messaging platform), and they may not use it for any other purpose.
