I took my Adult Tricycle to Area 13 for repair, they fixed the problem with professionalism at a fair price! I’m very pleased! I just hope they find the keys to my batteries!

My husband passed away in 2018. Both of are bikes have been sitting since then. I finally had the courage to get them both fixed and, on the road. They were so kind to me and very very fair with the work they did. I will always tell people to go to AREA 13. For any kind of 2-wheel bikes or more. They were go about calling and giving updates, they were all kind and thoughtful to my feelings. This for sure is the best place to go, I am so happy I went there. I was very pleased...

Was charged $160 for a diagnosis. No actual work was done on my bike. The guy told me I was lucky because he spent 6 hours of his time investigating my issue. He did help me adjust my breaks on another occasion for free, but that only took a few minutes. I definitely don't feel good about my interaction with this shop. He also said he would reach out to me for a part he ordered for me, but hasn't yet. Since, my issue disappeared mysteriously im confused to why I need another part. I hope he reaches out to me soon to clarify.

As we live over an hour from the shop, we discussed the situation with the shop tech. I brought in just the back wheel and was hoping we could time it with an opening of the mechanic. It worked perfectly and saved us time, gas, and money. The problem was fixed quickly with new planetary gears and it has performed flawlessly and much quieter.
