The Billy Goat SL is the street-legal Billy Goat: set up as a Class 2/Class 3 e-bike with a 750W motor, pedal assist, 20-inch fat tires and road-ready lights and signals. Street-legal SL version: ships locked as a Class 2 (throttle to 20 mph) and Class 3 (pedal assist to 25 mph) e-bike.
