We have one HMP FLASH in black at Area 13 in Grass Valley, and it's here for test rides as well as for sale. The FLASH is a street-legal electric maxi-scooter with motorcycle papers: a 6 kW hub motor, a pair of removable 74V batteries that charge straight from a J1772 EV plug, ABS and traction control, room for two, and real storage under the seat.

It's a street-legal motorcycle: you'll need a motorcycle license (M1 in California), registration and insurance to ride it on public roads. It comes with a 17-digit VIN and registration paperwork.
