Carnivore Kyle Meat Sticks are the grab-and-go version of our jerky. Same idea: keep it simple. Beef, beef broth and sea salt. No sugar. Gluten free.

I eat mostly beef and salt, and I got tired of meat sticks loaded with sugar, corn syrup and a long list of extras. So we worked with our smokehouse to make a stick that matches how I eat. Each 4 oz pouch holds 5 sticks, so it's easy to toss one in a jersey pocket, a backpack or a glovebox.
